3. Let’s name the layer “glow” once you have done that click “ok” and move on to the next step.

4. On tools set the color to #646464 and select “Brush Tool”.

5. We will need to edit the “Brush preset picker” (look at the illistration to see how this can be done)

click on the hight part, and keep the setting to the illistration.

6. Place the Brush tool sent of your doc, here is a preview what it should look like:

7. Now make a another layer name “X”. Make sure this layer is on top off the rest.
